The 31 mm gold-plated upper case is fitted with a stainless steel caseback and an integrated smooth bezel. Notably, there is visible plating wear and corrosion present on the rear edges of the lugs. The watch is fitted with a gold-tone ribbed crown. A clear, flat crystal protects the dial, showing no significant scratches, chips, or crazing visible.

Inside beats the Omega Caliber 620, a manual wind movement clearly engraved with its 17-jewel count and adjustment to two positions. The copper-colored plates and bridges are exceptionally clean, showing no visible corrosion, oxidation, or damaged screw heads.
