Dom Pérignon P2 represents the second plenitude of the vintage, released only after more than 15 years of ageing on the lees. This extended maturation reveals a Champagne of remarkable precision, intensity and complexity, with exceptional freshness and energy.
The 2003 vintage is one of the most distinctive in Champagne. Despite the exceptionally hot growing season, Dom Pérignon crafted a wine of impressive balance and elegance. The P2 expression offers a rich and layered bouquet with notes of toasted brioche, roasted almonds, citrus zest, white flowers, stone fruits and subtle smoky mineral nuances. On the palate, it is powerful yet refined, with vibrant acidity, a creamy mousse and an exceptionally long, saline finish.
