Εδώ βρίσκεται το πολυβραβευμένο ιαπωνικό single malt της Suntory από το Yamazaki, τη παλαιότερη απόσταγματοποιία ουίσκι στην Ιαπωνία. Το single malt κυκλοφόρησε το 1992, και περίπου το 80% του υγρού ωριμάζει σε βαρέλια sherry, ενώ το υπόλοιπο ουίσκι πέρασε τα χρόνια του σε πατάρια από αμερικανό και Mizunara δρύες. Μια απολύτως εκθαμβωτική ένωση φρούτων, δρυός και καπνιστών νοτών, δεν αποτελεί έκπληξη γιατί κέρδισε τόσα βραβεία!
