The legendary Speyside single malt scotch whisky. This expression is matured exclusively in hand-picked Oloroso sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Unlike the Double Cask or Triple Cask series, the Sherry Oak line delivers the traditional, rich, and intensely sherried flavor profile that made the distillery world-famous. The rich amber color is entirely natural, developing over twelve years solely from the interaction between the spirit and the European wood.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Complex aromas of rich dried fruits, sweet vanilla, warm ginger, and a subtle hint of woodsmoke.

Palate: Deliciously smooth and medium-bodied, offering balanced flavors of raisins, sultanas, sweet spice, and mature oak.

Finish: Long, warming, and satisfyingly rich, with lingering notes of ginger syrup and dried fruit.
