A unique contemporary ceramic wall sculpture—“Secular Halo”—made of ceramic, wood, and brass. Description: A contemporary wall sculpture that combines raw figurative realism with minimalist, modern design. The central element is a realistic ceramic head—an expressive, melancholic human face that focuses on deep psychological expression and a detailed, natural texture resembling skin. The ceramic portrait is mounted on a double-layered wooden background painted in a deep matte black, creating a striking “secular halo” (nimbus) effect. The composition is elegantly balanced by four linear accents of brass-coated wood, arranged symmetrically at the cardinal points, giving it a refined, geometric structure and a touch of mid-century brutalist luxury. This high-quality work of art with a pleasant texture serves as a sophisticated decorative element, perfectly suited for exclusive, modern, minimalist, or organic interiors in the brutalist style. Period: 21st century (contemporary art) Type of work: Unique, original piece (1/1) Materials: glazed/finished ceramic (head), varnished wood (base with double halo), brass (decorative strips). Condition: excellent, no cracks or chips. Dimensions: 30 cm x 30 cm x 16 cm.
