Hibiki is a prestigious blended whisky from Suntory, one of Japan's most revered whisky producers. Established in 1899 by Shinjiro Torii, Suntory pioneered Japanese whisky production with the opening of Yamazaki distillery in 1923, followed by Hakushu. Hibiki, meaning "resonance" in Japanese, was launched in 1989 to commemorate Suntory's 90th anniversary, quickly gaining international acclaim for its harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies.
