DOXA Anti-Magnetic Jumbo – Military Type – Cal. 1147 – 37 mm – Swiss Made – Vintage 1950s

Watch vintage DOXA Anti-Magnetic, Swiss Made, dating from the approximate 1950s, in an attractive and less common configuration, with a military-style dial, small seconds and Jumbo case.

The watch has a diameter of about 37 mm without the crown, a generous size for its era, giving it a very beautiful presence on the wrist.

The dark dial is produced in a classic military style, with large, highly legible Arabic numerals, a peripheral minute scale, and a small seconds at 6 o’clock. The dial is signed DOXA – ANTI-MAGNETIC – SWISS MADE.

The dial shows a pronounced vintage patina gained over the years, contributing to the authentic vintage character of the piece. The dial’s appearance, high legibility, and the small seconds configuration are characteristic of the military design of the period.

The watch is equipped with a Swiss manual-wind mechanical movement, caliber 1147, signed DOXA – SWISS MADE. The caliber mark is visible beneath the balance wheel.
