At its heart lies a hand-wound calibre developed in collaboration with Chronode SA (mechanical movement) and Preciflex SA (fluidic module). The patented HYT micro-fluidic system uses two multi-layer bellows to pump immiscible liquids – one transparent, the other colored – through a medical-grade glass capillary with nano-coating. The meniscus between the liquids indicates the hours in a retrograde display, perfectly synchronized with the mechanical gear train. A thermal compensator and ceramic fluid restrictors ensure stability and precision.
