CANON EOS 100 + Tamron AF 80-210mm F4.5-5.6, tested and working. Hello from Japan! We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world. The Canon EOS 100 (1991), sold as the EOS Elan in North America, was notable for its remarkably quiet operation — a near-silent film advance that made it a favourite for candid and wildlife work. Well specified and comfortable in the hand, it uses Canon's fully electronic EF mount. Offered here with a Tamron AF 80-210mm f/4.5-5.6 telephoto zoom in Canon EF mount. Important — please read carefully: The Tamron lens has internal haze. The camera itself is fully working. Please review the photos and consider this before bidding. Condition: Used — Good Pre-owned, heavy signs of use, or minor optical flaws Serial Number Please check the photo. Appearance Scuffs and scratches from normal use. Please check the photos for details. Optical Condition Haze: Haze inside the Tamron AF 80-210mm f/4.5-5.6 — expect reduced contrast, especially against strong light. See photos. Finder: Clear; mirror and focusing screen clean. Functional The camera operates properly — power-on, autofocus, shutter, film transport, metering and the LCD panel all work. A 2CR5 battery is required. The Tamron AF 80-210mm autofocuses correctly on the body; zoom and manual focus operate smoothly. Known Issues 1. Haze inside the Tamron 80-210mm zoom — expect lower contrast and softness, especially against the light (see photos). The camera body is optically clean.
