Elegant antique-style French oil lamp, later electrified for modern use, combining a richly decorated ceramic body with warm-toned brass fittings and an ornate sculptural base. Its tall glass chimney and colourful floral decoration create a striking decorative presence.

Origin & Period: France, likely late 19th to early 20th century, subsequently converted to electricity.
Decoration: Ceramic reservoir finely decorated with abundant multicoloured flowers in blue, turquoise, red, yellow and soft green tones.
Materials & Craftsmanship: Glazed ceramic body, brass-toned metal fittings, pierced burner gallery, richly ornamented metal base and tall transparent glass chimney.
