Περιγραφή από τον πωλητή

OLYMPUS PEN Original, tested and working.

Hello from Japan!
We provide high-quality cameras and lenses to the world.

The original Olympus PEN of 1959 is the camera that started it all: designed by the young Yoshihisa Maitani to be priced within reach of ordinary families, it used the half-frame format to squeeze around 72 pictures from a 36-exposure roll in a body small enough for a jacket pocket. Its sharp D.Zuiko 2.8cm f/3.5 lens and a Copal-X leaf shutter with speeds from 1/25 to 1/200 s plus B are fully mechanical, so it needs no battery at all. A huge success, it launched the long-running PEN family and remains a landmark of Japanese industrial design and a sought-after first-generation classic.
