Once the parcel arrives in your country, delivery is handled by your local postal or courier service. Estimated delivery time is typically around 2–4 weeks, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays. Import duties, VAT, customs fees and any local handling charges are not included in the item or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs or your local delivery company may contact you during the import process. Please respond promptly to avoid delays or the parcel being returned. If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, refusal, or because the carrier is unable to contact the recipient, any reshipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility. For buyers in the European Union EU customs regulations for low-value imports changed from 1 July 2026. Orders imported from outside the EU may be subject to applicable VAT, customs duties and/or handling fees in accordance with current EU and local regulations. Any such charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and remain the buyer's responsibility.
