Decorated with white and ochre paint, ovoid body, high arching handle, and beaked lip, with a central band of laurel around the body with ovolo below and band of waves, chevrons and ovolo on top.
Size: 17.3 cm H - 6 3/4 inches

Culture: Gnathian, Hellenistic Period, c. 4th-3rd Century B.C.
Condition: Intact
Provenance: Private collection, France, acquired at a French auction between 1990 and 2000. Anonymous sale; Bonhams, London, 26 April 2007, lot 354. Private collection, Scotland, acquired from the above sales. Ex Bonham's Auction, lot 258.
