The construction incorporates iron plates, fabric, leather, and chain mail, providing both flexibility and protection. The arm guards feature iron plates sewn onto a textile base, with areas reinforced by chain mail for added defence. The thumb and hand sections are shaped, while the backs are finished with fabric lining. The shin guards are likewise fitted with iron plates and reinforced with chain mail and leather at stress points. The blue fabric and laces remain intact, preserving the set’s cohesive appearance. There are minor blemishes consistent with age, including light scuffs, small spots of rust, slight creasing, stains, and minimal paint flaking. Overall, the set remains in good used condition.
