La Péroline is a Côte Rôtie from old vines of the Chavaroche terroir. It offers a perfect definition of the fruit on the floral side of the whole grape. A beautiful peppery and mentholated freshness animates this wine, with a full and structured mouth.
It had to be forgotten in the cellar... And now, it is entering its apogee. Ideally around 2030.
