This red wine reserve has a unique personality, with a marked character and incomparable elegance. It is a great classic red wine from DOCa Rioja. After the harvest, the grapes fermented in oak vats with native yeasts and with temperature control. This Rioja wine then underwent malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and rested for 14 months in French oak barrels, 60% second year and the rest in new barrels. Before being bottled, the wine was clarified with egg white. Once in the bottle, the Roda Reserva 2020 red wine rested for 22 months in the bottle to refine. We recommend decanting it 1 hour before drinking, so we can fully enjoy this Rioja reserve red wine. On the eye Medium-high layer, the Roda Reserva red wine has a deep cherry red hue with a blood-purple edge. This red reserve wine forms marked tears that are visibly coloured in the glass.
