A beautiful blue and white porcelain teacup and saucer, "café au lait" backside, depicting flowers - Dutch Command - from the ancient Chinese culture.
18th century.
In good condition. Its has been cleaned , but the nice antique patina is preserved. No cracks, no hairlines, intact ! This item comes from the Ca Mau shipwreck found on the territorial water of Vietnam, South Chinese Sea. Published in the book : " The Ca mau Shipwreck Porcelain from the Collection of Dr.Zelnik" Budapest, 2012
Purchased in 1994 in Vietnam/Hanoi by Dr. Zelnik from the collection of a former deputy director of the National Museum.
