An archaic glass small bird bead talisman from the ancient Sino-Siberian or Bactrian culture.
First Millennium AD or older.
In good condition. It has been cleaned in a tumbler and repolished, but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving, boring and grinding. The holes are ancient, hand-made, irregular. Traces of use and age on its surface.
Purchased in Brussels mid 90's by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
