A powerful and expressive Soviet cast-metal statuette representing the legendary monument “The Motherland Calls” — one of the most recognisable symbols of the Eastern Front and a masterpiece of socialist monumental art.
The figure captures the dramatic movement of the full-scale sculpture on Mamayev Kurgan:
- the raised sword,
- the outstretched arm,
- the storm-blown drapery,
- the forward stride symbolising victory and sacrifice.
Marked “VOLGOGRAD” on the base — confirming its origin as an official Soviet souvenir produced in honour of the Hero City.
