He worked in Venice and Ljubljana before finally settling in Augsburg. He signed his prints E. B. a. H. for Elias Baeck, also known as Heldenmuth. Baeck engraved historical subjects, landscapes, battle scenes, portraits, and maps. Condition the sheet is slightly dusty, otherwise very good. With center fold.
