We have tasted this wine and we can say that IS a really níce wine. We can see that the work has been done with caree.
A powerful and delicately fruity wine, both on the nose and palate. An elegant wine with a lingering finish.
It pairs well with robust dishes and bold flavors, such as lamb chops grilled over vine shoots.
Suggestion: Grilled Iberian pork shoulder.
