Chakrasamvara "Wheel of Supreme Bliss" 12 arms and four faces deity is a central meditational deity (yidam) in Vajrayana Buddhism. The four faces represent the four Buddha families and various qualities of awakening. They are typically colored central blue, left red, rear yellow, and right white, each with three eyes.
The primary hands hold a vajra (thunderbolt) and ghanta (bell) symbolizing the union of method and wisdom. The remaining hands brandish various tantric implements.
Surrounding the central figure are several retinue attendant dakinis (female enlightened spirits) or goddesses, with four in the cardinal directions.
The entire mandala is set within a backdrop of the eight great cremation grounds (cemeteries). These grounds are filled with gruesome imagery, including corpses being eaten by animals (vultures, jackals, etc.) and various wrathful attendants, serving as a reminder of the impermanence of life and the unreality of the self.
