The ORIFORI Lamp Shade is shaped through a contemplation of folding—an exploration of how a single surface can transform into spatial form. Inspired by the geometry of Japanese origami, this piece embodies the idea that structure can arise from softness, and volume can emerge from a simple line of crease. While some models in the ORIFORI series are transformable, this version is a fixed, completed shape—one of seven sculptural variations created from the same textile and folding concept. It arrives ready to use, offering a refined silhouette straight out of the box. Crafted from a lightweight polyester felt with beige puff-printed geometric patterns, the material features a subtle difference in thickness between the printed areas and the base fabric. This creates fold lines that guide the shape of the piece. It blends naturally into warm, minimal interiors.
