What are my shipping options?

If you select to ship your object to the buyer, you can choose between two shipping methods:

Smart shipping

Our integrated shipping service lets you choose from a list of approved shipping companies. Once your object sells, we’ll automatically generate a prepaid shipping label based on your selection. You’ll need to use the assigned shipping company. Tracking updates are sent automatically.

  • Private sellers: smart shipping is available for shipments within the European Union only (EU VAT area).
  • Pro sellers: smart shipping is available for shipments worldwide. You must also provide all required documentation for customs purposes.

Some categories and countries automatically use smart shipping. If smart shipping isn’t available for an object or destination, the smart shipping option will not be shown during submission and you’ll need to ship manually.

Manual shipping

  • You manage the shipment yourself. You choose the shipping company, set the shipping rates and enter the tracking info. You are fully responsible for arranging and managing the shipment.

You can also select to offer your shipment for Pickup by the buyer. This can be enabled as well as shipping.
