Confession and enumeration made by Guillaume Moschard, priest of Lisle in the Périgueux diocese, to Raymond de la Porte, damsel of newly cultivated (versanae) lands, whose confronts are given and which are found in the parish of Lisle, near Bussac (canton of Brantôme).

The right part of the document is in poor condition, old dampstain, small fragment missing.
