BMW - M5 - 1991

Time capsule BMW M5 E34, imported from the US 2,5 years ago. It was very well maintained by the 2 US pre-owners who had invested >55.000 USD in repairs and new parts - and that pays off - it looks and drives like a new car which has also been acknowledged by a valuation report of Classic-Data, rating the car at 60.500 €. When buying the car, it suffered from a faulty engine but German specialist Bavarian Motorsport did a complete engine rebuild (with warranty), just 1000 miles ago - so the engine runs like a charm now and pulls strong. The car is accompanied by multiple folders documenting the entire history, even starting with photos from the car being build at the M manufactory in Munich, all the invoices documenting the ~65.000 € spent during the last couple of years. Of course also the original "turbine" wheel covers will come with the car. The car is still registered and insured and can be test-driven. German TÜV just expired but will be renewed when the car is sold. Overall a fantastic BMW M5 with very well-documented history. It is recommended to view and inspect the vehicle in Schlitz, Germany, prior to placing a bid in order to avoid any disappointment afterwards. Please contact Catawiki to arrange a viewing appointment.
