This is a meticulously hand-carved statue of 神将 Shinshō with Gyokugan 玉眼, two of the twelve Buddhist deities known for protecting those who have faith in Yakushi Nyorai and the Yakushi Kyō scriptures. Even after the passage of many years, the statue's expression still exudes a powerful aura. There are some minor chips, peeling, and missing parts in various places, which is consistent with its age. Please refer to the attached photos for more details. While we will take the utmost care in packaging, please understand that there is a possibility of further deterioration during transit. This is a historically and spiritually significant artwork, making it a perfect addition for collectors of Buddhist antiquities.
