-La Voix de l'Ouest n°1 du 13/01/1946:
Hergé étant mobilisé en Belgique, les aventures de "Tintin et Milou au pays de l'Or noir" seront brusquement interrompues fin 1940. En France, à la libération, les éditions Fleurus tente une reprise - en repartant du début du récit - dans les Coeurs Vaillants devenu mensuel de 1945 sous le titre "Tintin et Milou au pays de l'or liquide" en bichromie. Mais cette tentative restera inachevée après 4 numéros, les éditions ayant existées sous l'occupation sont interdite jusqu'a nouvel ordre.
La Voix de l'Ouest:
En attendant l'autorisation de publier, c'est dans un journal catholique de Rennes, "La Voix de l'Ouest", journal qui est autorisé à paraître dans le cadre de la réorganisation de la presse régionale, que l'on retrouve la suite des aventures de "Tintin et Milou au pays de l'or liquide" en 10 numéros dans un petit format (22X39cm).

-The Voice of the West No. 1 of 01/13/1946:
Hergé being mobilized in Belgium, the adventures of "Tintin and Snowy in the Land of Black Gold" will be abruptly interrupted at the end of 1940. In France, at the liberation, the Fleurus editions attempted a revival - starting from the beginning of the story - in the Coeurs Vaillants which became a monthly in 1945 under the title "Tintin and Snowy in the Land of Liquid Gold" in two-color. But this attempt will remain unfinished after 4 issues, the editions that existed under the occupation are prohibited until further notice.
The Voice of the West:
While waiting for the authorization to publish, it is in a Catholic newspaper in Rennes, "La Voix de l'Ouest", a newspaper which is authorized to appear as part of the reorganization of the regional press, that we find the continuation of the adventures of "Tintin and Snowy in the land of liquid gold" in 10 issues in a small format (22X39cm).
