Superbe nautile à la conservation parfaite , du toarcien supérieur de France,
jurassique inferieur, de 185 millions d'années.
Ce nautile est entièrement dégagé sur ses deux faces, ainsi que les deux ombilics.
Le dégagement a permis de mettre en valeur les magnifiques lignes de suture de cet animal.
Il n'a subi aucune restauration, ni recollage, la couleur est absolument naturelle.
Il mesure 10 cm de diamètre pour un poide de 500gr.

Superb nautilus in perfect condition, from the late Toarcian of France,
Lower Jurassic, 185 million years old.
This nautilus is completely cleared on both sides, as well as the two umbilici.
The clearing has highlighted the magnificent suture lines of this animal.
It has undergone no restoration or re-gluing, the color is absolutely natural.
It measures 10 cm in diameter and weighs 500g.
