Descripción del vendedor
“Trace in Red” XL is a visual artwork by Nik Haku.
A solitary figure emerges from the void, adorned in ceremonial black and threaded white—her gaze, unreadable, anchors the silence. A faint, ember-like motion fractures the stillness, as if fire once passed through her shadow. Her form, defined yet dissolving, is caught in a moment of becoming—neither fully present nor entirely gone. The fabric she wears bears memory like a second skin: weathered gold, obsidian silk, and echoes of vanished ritual.
Artist's Statement:
This image is a quiet exhale into liminality. I wanted to hold the tension between permanence and erosion—the instant where identity becomes vapor, and the body a whisper. The red drift is not movement but memory trying to leave. It’s not a portrait, but a residue of presence. What remains is not the figure, but the absence she carves into the space around her.
Artwork details:
• Limited Edition: 2/10
Printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive Premium Silk Paper and is sold unframed.
Its elegant finish and subtle texture lend a sophisticated appearance, with vibrant, rich colors. The paper’s natural resistance also helps protect the print from fingerprints and scratches.
Each piece is individually numbered and signed, and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
The print is carefully rolled, packaged, and shipped via tracked and insured express courier from Spain to destinations worldwide.
About the artist:
I’m Nik Haku, a visual artist and photographer exploring the space between the real and the altered.
My practice blends multiple techniques —primarily photography, complemented by painting— to construct images that move fluidly between mediums. My work spans portraiture and landscapes, beginning with photographic capture and evolving through painting, AI, and digital manipulation. I aim to create visual worlds where memory, identity, and imagined space overlap, dissolving the boundaries between what is seen and what is felt.
