Item arrived with a very bad smell and the damage to it should have been documented more precisely. Seller was not helpful after this was pointed out

Total loss! 34kg ceramic shattered. 18mm styrofoam & 1 layer bubble wrap absolutely inadequate. Seller insists it was "suitable". Unprofessional & irresponsible neglect of a unique object. Horrible.
