Poor service It was supposed to ship from Italy and take 4-9 But it was shipped from China and took 17 days. The seller didn't communicate this. Communication can improve and could be more friendly

Watch was nice but it came with a broken strap. I had to order a new one from their store in China for $125 . So a little disappointed . Wish they had mentioned that the strap was broken .
