Well aware of the risks with vintage watches: descriptions say “runs smoothly” however in this case watch is extremely slow, like 1 hour/day. Seller was friendly and I wanted to service it anyway.

I did not receive the goods. But in the logistics information, I indicated that I have received the goods. I can't contact the logistics company. What should I do?
