Without hesitation, Jérémy committed to this project, which he pursued with passion, cultivating his vineyard in Monthélie and crafting authentic natural wines. The bond of friendship and trust between the two men is such that Benjamin also makes his cellar available to him for aging and bottling. In 2020, Jérémy released his first vintage: a Pinot Noir aged for ten months in amphorae, produced in a limited edition of only 650 bottles, which quickly became a favorite among natural wine enthusiasts.
