Climate : temperate with semi-continental influence, with good sunshine. Dress : pale yellow with golden highlights. Nose : notes of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), white fruits (apple, pear) and a touch of lemon. Palate : fresh and balanced, often round with a mineral and slightly buttery finish depending on the aging process.
