VINIFICATION During Harvest, only the best grapes were selected to this lot. This is a small production, only 588 numbered bottles. TASTING NOTES Gorgeous toasty lime aromas, massive pineapple and waxy Hunter semillion-esque. An unusual style - great food wine. SERVING Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany fish, seafood, poultry and soft cheese dishes. Store upright, in a cool, dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 11ºC and 14ºC. This wine needs to be aired for at least an hour. You may be in for a big surprise. Enjoy with great pleasure. Consume in moderation.
