Hohe Rinne (Paltinis) 1923 set of two local stamps, issued for use by the local courier on mail transported from Hohe Rinne (Paltinis in Romanian), a small mountain resort at an altitude of 1400 meters, to Sibiu (Hermannstadt), 32 km away. The printing run of these stamps was 5360 sets. The stamps show to reverse the authentication marks of late stamp expert Geza von Jakots (who was the designer of the 1924 Hohe Rinne issue).
