La Sha-la-la Lights Workshop/ Kohei Yoshiyuki,etc Lights/1982/Japanese/210*260*20 The Lights Workshop was a voluntary association for camera enthusiasts who aimed at friendship and creative research from the late 1970s to the 1980s. Every year, the organisation holds an open call for members to participate in an exhibition of their work, and this collection is a compilation of the contents of the sixth exhibition of members' works. The main theme of the book is ‘women’, and the photographs are mainly single and composite images expressing female sexuality and eroticism. Although the work is by amateurs, it is quite impressive as it is a compilation of the ambitious work of dozens of people. The book also includes some works by professionals, including Takamasa Inamura, who was vice-president of the workshop and a member of the jury, and Kohei Yoshiyuki, renowned for his spy photography and infrared photography, and famous for his masterpiece Document Park (1980).
