This is a limited edition in which the winemakers at Familia Falasco experimented for each harvest and discovered the true potential of the grape. The vineyards: Single vineyard Los Arbolitos. Uco Valley, Los Chacayes Tunuyán. Altitude of the vineyards 1,100 meters above sea level. VSP drive system. Drip irrigation. The soil: Loamy, sandy and silty soil, with at the same time a large presence of fragmented stone and ball stone, some with calcareous deposits. The fermentation: Traditional fermentation by air mixing system, in concrete tanks. Pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, pump-overs, 22 days of total maceration. The aging: Aging in French and American oak barrels for first and second use for 15 months. Natural clarification. Tasting notes: Blackish colour with good intensity, balsamic aroma with subtle aromas of menthol and black fruits, accompanied by aromas of tobacco, chocolate and vanilla obtained during bottle aging.
