Covering 2.4 hectares and planted in 1945, this deep, clay-limestone soil with its poor structure promotes balanced vine growth, ensuring optimal water and mineral regulation throughout the growing season. The grapes are hand-harvested with meticulous care in 15 kg crates, selecting each bunch and berry to guarantee the highest quality. Winemaking: Vinification takes place in open wooden vats with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with two daily punch-downs and a small pump-over.
