Pasos de San Martín is a red wine from the Navarra D.O. produced by the Artazu winery. This wine is a single-varietal Garnacha. The grapes used for Pasos de San Martín come from approximately 35-year-old vineyards located at an altitude of around 600 meters. These vineyards are situated in the town of San Martín de Unxa, in Navarra. The vineyard benefits from a Pyrenean climate, characterized by cool temperatures year-round. After the harvest and winemaking processes, carried out using conventional methods, Pasos de San Martín undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels. Before bottling and distribution, Pasos de San Martín ages for one year in 500-liter French oak barrels. Artazu is a winery belonging to the Artadi group.
