In this composition, I chose a dual portrait structure: the calm, grounded presence of the Mandalorian helmet beneath, contrasted with Grogu’s wide, expressive gaze above. The piece plays with protection and vulnerability — armor and sensitivity coexisting in a single visual narrative. Using my double-layer stencil technique, every detail was digitally designed and meticulously hand-cut before being applied with spray paint. The sharp contrasts sculpt both metallic surfaces and delicate facial features, creating depth and visual tension. The textured grey mineral background was created instinctively, evoking stone, dust and interstellar atmosphere while maintaining a contemporary urban aesthetic.
