Milk is considered the food of the gods, the elixir of life, a symbol of Rebirth, immortality, kindness, care, compassion, abundance and fertility. In Greece, milk, water and honey were libations to the muses. The symbols of milk and water considered together represent spirit and matter, respectively.
Maitoa pidetään jumalien ruoana, eliksiirinä elämälle, uudestisyntymän, kuolemattomuuden, ystävällisyyden, välittämisen, myötätunnon, runsauden ja hedelmällisyyden symbolina. Kreikassa maito, vesi ja hunaja olivat muusien uhrilahjoja. Maidonn ja veden symbolit yhdessä katsottuna edustavat henkeä ja ainetta vastaavasti.
from the point of view of painting technology, this work was written by me much longer than usual. This is explained by the fact that here I used the glazing technique, I wanted to achieve a special richness of color of the male body, and this is possible only when the lower layers of paint shine through from the upper ones, it is this layering that gives the effect of a "satin body". I hope that an attentive viewer will appreciate my skill and the technique of seven-layer painting. In the images, I showed the initial stage of my work so that the viewer could see how the work changed over time.
Maalaustekniikan näkökulmasta tämä teos on kirjoitettu minulta paljon pidempään kuin yleensä. Tämä selittyy sillä, että käytin tässä lasite-tekniikkaa, halusin saavuttaa miehen kehon värien erityisen rikkauden, ja tämä on mahdollista vain silloin, kun maalikerrosten alimmat kerrokset paistavat läpi yläkerrosten läpi; tämä kerrostuminen antaa "satiinisen kehon" vaikutelman. Toivon, että tarkka katsoja arvostaa taitoani ja seitsemän kerroksen maalaustekniikkaa. Kuvissa esittelin työn alkuvaiheen, jotta katsoja näkee, miten työ muuttui ajan myötä.
