A quiet, natural presence – characterized by the deep, warm color of the Shell Cordovan, which seems to shift between burgundy and a dark cherry tone depending on the light. The clean lines of the straight tip design lend the shoe a classic rigour that fits effortlessly into a business context. At the same time, a subtle luster always remains, one that does not impose but rather hints.
The balanced silhouette feels familiar and confident, almost timeless. A shoe that does not need to be explained, but simply makes an impact.

Leather / External Condition: Very good condition! The shoes were presumably worn only once or twice for formal occasions and predominantly indoors. Signs of wear are minimal, with only fine, superficial hairline scratches on the shaft testifying to careful wear. The Shell Cordovan vamps shine in a deep, rich oxblood. The insoles and lining are in very good, well-maintained condition.
The lining of the right shoe shows a minimal, purely cosmetic trace of burgundy shoe polish (see picture 11). To prevent any rubbing off onto socks, the area has been treated with leather cleaner as a precaution.
Heel / Sole: Top! The Alden stamp on the leather sole with the inscription "Genuine Shell Cordovan" is still easily legible!
Other: This is a very beautiful business Shell Cordovan model from Alden.
