Formerly called "Camerise Lambic", a Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. Over the past two years, the brewers have produced a fruity mix in small batches using Camerise berries. These berries are slightly sweet with a nice acidity. For a new name, the brewers didn't have to look far... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again by creating a fantastic new label that matches his new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruity, yet maintains a beautiful, soft balance between acidity and tartness.
