Ayrton Senna - 1991 - Replika kypärä

This is a fan-made tribute helmet finished in Ayrton Senna's McLaren Honda livery, built on a genuine Shoei Z-4 shell (size XL, 61–62 cm / US 7 5/8–7 3/4). It is an unofficial replica, not licensed by McLaren, Honda, Shoei, or the Senna estate; the sponsor graphics (Marlboro, Honda, Nacional, Boss, Rheos) are decals applied during finishing.

The shell's internal label confirms it is a genuine Shoei Z-4, manufactured 2 December 2004, made in Japan. The helmet has not been worn since the custom paintwork was completed. The interior is blue, was fully removed and cleaned, and has no odour or tackiness. The visor is a light-smoke shield, left without clear coat by design.

The exterior was refinished with a two-component polyurethane clear coat over the decals, then polished to a mirror gloss to minimise the decal edges. No notable scratches or blemishes are present.
