In this new series, I work with acrylic in the continuity of watercolor techniques: loading the canvas with water, diluting the pigment to the limit of disappearance, letting a light texture appear, then breaking that surface with denser acrylic interventions.

No message, no figure, no narrative. Only water, pigment, texture, and matter.

Sunlit Structures is a quieter body of work, almost the inverse of my usual production: less frontal, less discursive, more open. An attempt to let the painting exist before the artist.
