He studied at the Kyiv State Technical University of Construction and Architecture, where an early engagement with structure and proportion informs the compositional clarity of his paintings. Since the early 2000s, he has devoted his practice exclusively to painting, developing a distinct figurative language rooted in precision, surface refinement, and historical awareness.

His compositions are centred on idealised female figures, often set within carefully constructed natural or architectural environments.
