Very rare 1 bottle of 75cl of Stéphane Bernaudeau - Les Nourrissons 2006
Bottle in perfect shape, ready to drink now.
Stéphane Bernaudeau is based in Cornu, in Anjou in the Martigné-Briand area, and produces in very small quantities wines that impress with their mineral chew on the palate. This artisan winemaker first worked at Mark Angeli before being able to set up on his own in 2000.
A proponent of natural winemaking philosophy, the winemaker cultivates his vines—without official certification—alongside his wife, Isabelle. The "Les Onglés" plot covers two hectares with a southwest exposure. His flagship cuvée, "Les Nourrissons," comes from the one-hectare plot of the same name, planted in 1910 and acquired from another renowned figure in the natural wine world, Eric Calcut. Meanwhile, the "Les Terres Blanches" cuvée is produced from 80-year-old vines. A final cuvée introduced in 2019, "Les Coqueries," rounds out the estate's range.
