A beautiful vintage Italian silver photo frame, combining classic elegance with a timeless geometric design.
Crafted in Florence (Firenze), the heart of Italian silversmithing, this small yet striking frame features a distinct octagonal shape. The minimalist, clean design of the silver border highlights the quality of the material and creates a wonderful contrast with the elegant dark backing.
The item bears all the official Italian hallmarks guaranteeing its authenticity:
"800" within an oval: Indicates the frame is made of 800/1000 solid silver.
"★ 336 FI": The official Italian state hallmark (post-1968). 'FI' certifies its origin from Florence, and '336' is the silversmith's unique registry number.
"MADE IN ITALY": Embossed stamp on the back stand.
The item is in excellent vintage condition. The silver retains its beautiful shine. There are minimal, faint signs of wear that are completely normal for its age and simply add to its vintage character (please look closely at the photos, as they are an integral part of the description).
